Enhancing the Match between Manpower Supply and Demand

Questionnaire for New Employees

Dear Respondent:

Please answer the questionnaire of a survey I am conducting. The survey forms part of a dissertation I am working on as student of Doctor of Education at the Graduate School of the University of the East - Manila.

Your company is among the top corporations in the Philippines whose new employees, as well as Human Resource Officer, are requested to provide answers to questions on the match between manpower supply and demand.

You are specifically requested to answer questions on your reasons for going to college and for enrolling your course and on whether college schooling has sufficiently prepared you for your present jobs, among other related questions. These data are needed in the dissertation whose main purpose is implied in its title “Enhancing the Match between Manpower Supply and Demand.”

Consdering the above purpose, your honest and frank responses will go a long way towards helping solve the problems that affect the educators, the employers, the youth and their parents, and the government. These responses will be treated with utmost confidentiality.

Thank you very much.

Very truly yours,

CRISOL A. BRUZA
